Easy Pork Roast
Rosemary to ward away evil spirits and garlic to banish negativity.
Plan ahead for this one! Great for special occasions. Easy to impress with.
Rub the pork roast all over with olive oil, mustard (whatever you got), garlic (fresh or powdered), rosemary (fresh or dried), salt, and pepper.
Cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the fridge for 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 450.
Roast for 30 minutes and then reduce heat to 250 and bake for up to 6 hours depending on the size of the roast (about 40 minutes per pound).
Let it rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
